 Brookmead Consulting Minimize

We carry out research into the problems caused by nuisance telephone calls and help companies plan their call centre operations to minimise the nuisance for consumers and remain compliant with regulator requirements.

Our consultants were instrumental in the development of the Direct Marketing Association's dialler guidelines and have experience of both running call centres and installing and maintaining call centre technology.

We work closely with trade associations, dialler manufacturers and regulators and in 2005 published the influential Brookmead Report.
